Survive The Night Repair the Door and Add Medical Base Support
Use manual Repair in Survive The Night and place Medical Base within door range, while keeping attackers focused on the enemies causing damage.
Use manual Repair when enemies are damaging your Survive The Night door. Medical Base can support the same entrance with a healing beam over time, provided the door is within its effective range.
Use Repair During Enemy Pressure
Pay attention when enemies pile up at the doorway. Repair is an active response to damage, so do not postpone it while browsing an optional tower or pet purchase. Its purpose is to help sustain the entrance while your attackers deal with the fight.
Repairs and damage work together. If enemies remain alive at the door, continuing repairs alone does not remove the source of pressure. Use the breathing room to reinforce the attackers or support that the defense needs, rather than assuming the next income building will immediately make the fight safe.
Put Medical Base Within Reach
| Choice | Purpose | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Manual Repair | Respond to active door damage | Use it while attackers fight |
| Medical Base | Restore Door HP over time | Place with the door in range |
| Attacking tower | Remove damaging enemies | Maintain useful entrance coverage |
Medical Base restores Door HP with its beam when the door is inside its effective radius. Plan its placement around that doorway. A support building placed without regard to its reach cannot serve the job you bought it for.
Its contribution is door sustain, which differs from Mortar's heavy damage or Crossbow's ranged attacks. When deciding between support and another attacker, identify the missing job first. If your attackers are functioning but the entrance needs help enduring damage, healing support is a relevant option.
Keep Healing and Enemy Removal Working Together
Check whether your next upgrade improves the continuing fight. A close-range attacker needs the enemies in reach; a ranged attacker needs a useful position near the entrance; Medical Base needs the door in range. Placement can matter as much as adding another structure.
Door-tier requirements may also block higher tower upgrades. If that is preventing the damage investment you need, address the requirement and return to the attacker. Keep manual repair available in your plan while the defense develops.
After an unsuccessful run, distinguish a support problem from a damage problem. The tower comparison explains those roles, while door progression explains the tier gate.
